Objectives and Performance Indicators of the Occupational Therapy Undergraduate Education Program

EPO1: Graduates can plan and implement assessments and interventions in their field using evidence-based practices to promote the health and well-being of individuals, disadvantaged groups, and the entire society.	PI1.1: 60% of graduates are employed as occupational therapists in relevant fields within four (4) years. PI1.2: Graduates serve at least 20 clients/patients within one (1) year.
EPO2: Graduates observe ethical principles and professional standards such as patient confidentiality, dignity, and respect.	PI2.1: 60% of graduates observe professional values and ethical principles in occupational therapy practices.
EPO3: Graduates establish effective communication and collaboration with clients/patients, their families, the community, and other healthcare professionals.	PI3.1: 60% of graduates effectively use interpersonal communication skills. PI3.2: 60% of graduates work collaboratively as effective members of interdisciplinary teams.
EPO4: Graduates adopt lifelong learning and maintain professional standards by following technological, up-to-date, and evidence-based practices.	PI4.1: 5% of graduates enroll in postgraduate education programs within four (4) years. PI4.2: 5% of graduates participate in professional or personal development programs such as certificates, courses, congresses, and seminars within four (4) years. PI4.3: 5% of graduates follow scientific publications in occupational therapy and health fields.

EPO1: Graduates apply the medical, therapeutic, and psychosocial approaches necessary to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of clients/patients by acquiring fundamental knowledge and skills in occupational therapy.	PI1: 60% of graduates are employed as occupational therapists or academicians in relevant fields within four (4) years.
EPO2: Graduates observe ethical principles and professional standards such as patient confidentiality, dignity, and respect.	PI2: 60% of graduates observe professional values and ethical principles in occupational therapy practices.
EPO3: Graduates have the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and to take an active role in the healthcare team.	PI3.1: 60% of graduates effectively use interpersonal communication skills. PI3.2: 60% of graduates work collaboratively as effective members of interdisciplinary teams. PI3.3: The satisfaction rate of individuals receiving services from graduates is 60%. PI3.4: The satisfaction rate of team members working with graduates exceeds 60%.
